A SINO-TIBETAN GILT-BRONZE FIGURE OF VAISHRAVANA.

Seated on a roaring lion with a fierce expression to his bearded face with bulging eyes, wearing chain mail, tall military boots, large earrings and a lobed tiara, holding a mongoose in his left hand, the right raised to his chest, celestial ribbons fluttering around his arms, all supported on a double lotus base incised with a four-pointed vajra to the underside, 20cm H, 3.2kg.
