PROPERTY FROM AN IMPORTANT EUROPEAN PRIVATE COLLECTION
Iran, 19th - 20th century

Comprising a circular brass bazuband engraved with a talismanic numerological chart, 4.5cm diam.; three turquoise-glazed ceramic beads, circa 2cm diam.; two male rings, one encrusted with a cabochon turquoise bead, the largest 2cm diam.; two necklace lockets, one made of brass containing a printed miniature Qur'an, and the latter made of silver with a scroll of auspicious prayers, the largest 3.2cm x 1.8cm; a vintage copper bracelet stamped London Sabona, 6cm x 4.5cm; and a silver spoon designed as a vine trellis, stamped 825 BH, 10cm long.
