17th Century.

Of hexagonal section, the top inset with a circular floating panel, waisted and bulging to an apron set on each side beautifully incised with a pair of bats separated by a circular shou character, above the bowed legs terminating in scrolled ends supported on balls, all joined to the floor stretchers, 63cm diameter, 64cm H.
