A mid-20th century Iranian (Persian) silver bottle cooler or ice bucket, Isfahan circa 1950 mark of Husain Parvaresh
Pahlavi dynasty, of shaped scalloped circular form with an everted neck with chased monabbat-kari rim of scrolls and peonies, all raised on three ball feet. The body with panels of chased decoration of McQueen's Bustards with peonies within shaped architraves alternating with plain panels edged with punch work borders all reserved with engraved ghalam zani peonies and foliate scrolls. Marked underneath with workshop mark حسین پرورش and standard mark (۸۴).
