Dia Khuza'e graduated from the college of Fine Art Baghdad in 1981. He was a student of the artists: Faeq Hassan, Hafez Al-Droubi and Kadhem Haider. He currenty resides in Baghdad, Iraq. He has 15 solo exhibitions and many group shows as well.
