A second half of the 19th century Chinese unmarked silver bowl, circa 1860

Qing dynasty, of hemispherical form upon a moulded foot. The bowl with flat chased panels of long-tailed birds perched atop the branches of fruiting peach and flowering prunus trees, with pagodas or rabbits in the background.

Diameter – 15.4 cm / 6 inches

Weight – 231 grams / 7.43 ozt
