A LARGE PAINTED CARD AND FOLIAGE DIORAMA DEPICTING A HUNTING SCENE, LATE 19TH CENTURY, the painted card figures depicting various figures in military dress on horseback and numerous hounds chasing a stag, the base modelled with various different mosses, lichen, ferns and foliage, the back painted with a wooded landscape and further men on horses, the sides also painted, in an ebonised and glazed rectangular display case with parcel gilt decoration, raised on a later mahogany stand, the display case 61cm high x 141cm wide x 47cm deep, when on the stand 247cm high.
