William Edward Kilburn (1818-1891)

AN UNUSUAL COLLECTION OF DAGUERREOTYPE REPRODUCTIONS OF A DRAWING, c.1850, monchromatic ninth plate daguerreotypes (4), each plate's subject identical, however each very slightly different, from the chemistry, to the style of mount and overall condition, in the best exposed and clearest plate, there is a signature visible, lower right, each in a red morocco, single lower hinged case, with Kilburn's adress embossed in gilt on the lid.
