A MEISSEN BLUE-GROUND TEACUP AND SAUCER, circa 1774, a landscape vignette depicting Watteauesque figures in parkland, within elaborate tooled gilt floral and foliate cartouches, with gilt dentil rims, the saucer 13.3cm diameter, crossed swords and dot marks above B in underglaze-blue, and letter B. in underglaze-blue to inside of footrim of both (2) PROVENANCE: Private German collection.
