An early 20th century German sterling silver dressing table box, Hanau with import marks for London 1907 by George Bedingham
Of cylindrical form with a pull off lid and beaded rims. The lid with an embossed scene of a Renaissance Italian army personal with cannons and figures scaling ladders in the background. The sides with scenes of various groups of puttos at play including fishing. Marked underneath with pseudo mark of a crowned C and another obscured mark, import mark to base bezel and lid side.
