The applied plaques engraved “Presented to Mrs J. G .D. Partridge, Lyle Memorial Hospital Madanapaline Feb 26, 1918”. Together with a pair of ribbon cutting scissors with chased and engraved decoration, “opened by L.D.L Griffin Esq., I.C.S. P.A., O.S. 23.2.1941, New Stage K.D. Club, Daspalla”. (2)
