A MEISSEN TEACUP AND SAUCER, circa 1770, both painted with sprays of flowers and scattered blooms, with a green and gilt mosaic-ground borders to the rims edged with puce and blue scrollwork, gilt-line rims, the saucer 13.4cm diameter, crossed swords marks in underglaze-blue, the cup with impressed numeral 52 (2) PROVENANCE: Private German collection.
