second edition, additional engraved allegorical title, paper repair to fore-edge not affecting engraving, printed title with woodcut device of bear and foliage, folding table, Hh2 & Nn2 with paper faults in bottom margin, A31-A34 faint damp stain at fore-edges, some light marginal browning in places, otherwise contemporary calf, rebacked and re-cornered, [Wing H2247; c.f. Pforzheimer 491; c.f. PMM 138], folio, for Andrew Crooke [i.e. John Redmayne and Christoffel Cunradus], 1651 [i.e. 1678].

*** Second and pirated edition, which had been banned in England by the censors.
