An early 20^th century Indian Colonial parcel-gilt unmarked silver presentation lock plate, circa 1913

Of shield form, with applied lock plate in the form of a coat of arms with bird supporters. Engraved with presentation inscription “Combined Post and Telegraph Office Rajgarth opening Ceremony performed by W.S. Davis Esq. Political Agent in Bhopal, 16^th March 1913”.
