A NEAR PAIR OF MID 20TH CENTURY BRASS MOUNTED OSTRICH EGG AND LAPIS LAZULI TABLE LAMPS probably French, the adjustable stems with pineapple finials, the ostrich egg body mounted by brass palmette mounts to the top and bottom, supported by turned waisted lapis lazuli stems on flared fluted circular bases with beaded rims, both with matching cream silk shades, the construction of these lamps is very similar to homeware designs produced by Maison Christian Dior in the 1960s & 1970s, each 71cm high (fully extended)
