A mid-18^th century Dutch silver miniature ‘toy’ figure, Amsterdam 1755 by Arnoldus Van Geffen (active 1728-69)

Modelled as a boy in a tricorn hat playing hoop rolling, on a rectangular base plate with canted corners engraved in a chequerboard pattern. Marked underneath with date letter U and latter marked with dolphin duty mark.
