A MARCOLINI MEISSEN SOUP PLATE AND A SAUCER, late 18th Century, both painted in Kakiemon style with a bird in flight over flowering branches issuing from stylised rockwork, 23.2cm and 13.3cm diameter, crossed swords and star marks in underglaze-blue, the plate also with various impressed marks (2) PROVENANCE: Private German collection.
