A mid-20th century Cambodian silver box, circa 1950

Formed as a mangosteen or gourd, lobed form with a pull off lid the stem forming a finial. The lobed sides with alternating chased decoration of foliate scrolls against a textured ground. Stamped underneath PAONG and 900.
