Designed as a bouquet, each stylised flowerhead set with either a circular-cut ruby or sapphire, the leaves set with baguette-cut diamonds, to a single and brilliant-cut diamond stem and ribbon, diamonds approx. 2.30 carats total, length 5.2cm
