A ROMAN GREEN GLASS FLASK Circa 5th Century A.D. The flask stands on an integral splayed foot, with an ovoid body, tapering to the slightly flared long neck, decorated with applied spiral trail, with applied handles forming four loops and merging into pinched ribbons running along each side of the vessel, 19.1cm high.  Provenance: Collection of M. & Mme. Nobili, Paris, acquired prior to 1985.
