In light rust-red border of polychrome palmettes and angular floral and leafy vine between flowering vine, barber-pole and plain stripes, approx: 10ft.9in. x 4ft.1in.(236cm. x 124cm.). Well drawn design with good colour combination, Bold appearance. This rug has good pile, soft wool quality. Selvages original with minute touches of fraying in one or two places. Ends with fringes, secured, one with original checkered kilim. In general this piece is in very good usable condition. Very good furnishing rug. Attractive.
