A HERIZ CARPET, NORTH-WEST PERSIA, approx: 310cm. x 243cm. Very nice and seldom found overall design with polychrome hooked palmettes and hooked leaf vine. Very good colour combination. Apart of very light wear to the top pile in few small places, barely visible, this carpet has good pile. Selvages original. One end with original kilim and fringes. Other end with short fringes, secured. In general this carpt is in very good usable condition. Very good furnishing piece. Attractive.
