AFTER EVGENY LANCERAY (RUSSIAN, 1848-1886): AN EARLY 20TH CENTURY CAST IRON EQUESTRIAN FIGURE 'THE FAREWELL KISS' CAST BY THE KASLI FOUNDRY depicting a Cossack on horseback, kissing a girl who clings to him and supports herself with one foot in his stirrup, on a naturalistic oval base, the underside with Cyrillic marks for Kasli foundry, 'KAS1912' and the Imperial eagle stamp, also inscribed in Cyrillic 'S. HALPINA',  39cm high
