A MEISSEN HAUSMALER SAUCER, the porcelain circa 1715, the decoration circa 1725-30, decorated in gilding in Augsburg in the Seuter workshop with a chinoiserie scene of figures flanked by trees on a scrollwork bracket, reserved within a lobed solid gilt border, the underside moulded with fluted bands embellished with alternating decoration of a solid ground, scrollwork and dots, 13.4cm diameter, letters ‘Mc’ in lustre script to the base, incised / inside footrim PROVENANCE: Private German collection.
