The flattened body carved with auspicious symbols: Liu Hai with a string of cash and a three-legged toad among rocks and lingzhi, the reverse with a scholar fishing in a stream, a bat hovering above him, together with a turquoise stopper, 7cm H, 73g. (2)

Provenance: from the collection of Frances L. Dickson (1876 - 1967), thence by descent.
