Wide ivory floral spandrels. In deep indigo border of stylised turtle-palmettes and angular floral vine between sandy beige floral meander and plain stripes, approx: 281cm. x 234cm. Very nice example for this type with bold design and well balanced colours. This carpet has good pile. Selvages, rebound, well done. Ends with fringes, secured. Fringes were added at later stage, very well done. Very good close to square size, seldom found in sales. In general this carpet is in very good usable condition. Attractive and very good furnishing piece.
