Opaque pigments heightened with gold on paper, the oval painting featuring the most renowned Hindu couple of lovers, Lord Krishna and Radha, both standing on two lotus pedestals, Radha touching Krishna's shoulder in a gesture of confidence and intimacy, Krishna holding his flute next to his mouth, a symbol of his Ras Lila, both characters wearing several strands of pearl necklaces, floral garlands, sumptuous jewellery and clothes, a cow with Krishna's hand impression to the left, set within an oval yellow frame, the recto with an old inventory sticker School of Art Jaipur no. 35, 19cm x 14cm.
