An early Victorian sterling silver vinaigrette, Birmingham 1839 by Taylor and Perry

Of rectangular form, with engine turned decoration, the lid with a rectangular cartouche engraved with initials HR in cursive script. The gilt interior with a hinged pierced and engraved grill of foliate scrolls and rosettes. Fully marked, the grill with maker’s mark only.
