The ivory field with overall design lafy vine linlking bold multicoloured palmettes and fleur-de-Lys together with angular floral tendrils. In abrashed sandy-yellow border of similar design between soft green palmette and flowerhead vine stripes. Outer reciprocal and plain stripes, approx: 15ft.11in. x 10ft.4in.(485cm. x 314cm.) This carpet has very good pile, soft and lustrous wool quality. Very good colour combination and beautifully drawn design. Ends with short fringes, secured. Selvages original. In general this carpet is in very good condition throughout. Great furnishing piece. Very Attractive.
