Opaque pigments heightened with gold on paper, the vertical composition depicting a courtly lady getting dressed, after her toilet, with the help of a female attendant, a young prince spying on her from the upper floor window of the white marble palace, the composition set within black and white rules, and silver and bright red borders, the recto backed with a patchwork of plain and wasli paper, 35cm x 23cm.
