A mixed group of sterling silver objects of vertu
Comprising a silver snuff box formed as a snail shell with embossed decoration, Dutch or Hanau with import marks for Sheffield 1896 by Samuel Boyce Landeck. Together with a late 19th century German silver peppermint box, Kesselstadt circa 1880 by Karl Kurz Silberwarenfabrik, of hexagonal form with embossed classical motifs, an Edwardian oval box with crimped edge and gilt interior, containing six mother of pearl fish tokens. Together with a modern miniature picnic basket, import marks for London 1994 by Mark Houghton Ltd and a Dutch rocking cradle with baby. (5)
