TWO IZNIK-STYLE POTTERY TANKARDS Florence, Italy and France, late 19th and early 20th century Comprising two tankards on plain base, both of cylindrical form, with typical squared handles decorated with blue stripes, the blue, green and red decoration on white ground on the body reminiscent of Ottoman Iznik ceramics, alternated saz leaves and tulips around the body, the larger tankard with rosette bands around the rim and base and marked with Ulisse Cantagalli's rooster on the base, 25.2cm high, and the smaller tankard with lattice work bands around the rim and base, no mark on the base, 19.5cm high.
