A late 19^th century Anglo – Indian unmarked silver dressing table jar, Lucknow dated 1897

Raj period. Of cylindrical form with domed pull off lid. Chased with Cutch style foliate scrolls and rosettes. Engraved underneath “Delhi Xmas 1897”. Together with an early 20^th century jar, Bombay circa 1920, embossed decoration in hunting pattern, the lid with a vacant circular cartouche. Gilt interior. Also, to include an early 20^th century jar, Karachi circa 1920, with chased arches of alternating buildings with bridges and Cutch type foliate scrolls with rosettes. (3)
