A FINE PART SILK NAIN CARPET, CENTRAL PERSIA, approx: 360cm. x 254cm. Very good type with very nicely drawn design and very good colour combination. Pastel appearance. This carpet has full pile, soft and lustrous wool quality together with part silk. Ends with original kilim and fringes. Selvages also original. Fine weave, approx: 7 x 7 knots per sq. cm. In general thie carpet is in very good condition throughout. Very elegant and great furnishing piece.
