Two rock crystal mourning pendants, last quarter of the 19th century  Both relating to Frances Mary Brownlow (1840-1871), 1st: The disc-shaped rock crystal locket, containing a strand of hair, centred by a black enamel monogram 'FB'; 2nd: Designed as a rock crystal sphere, with a polished border engraved 'F.M.B 16th June 1871', lengths: 1st 3.7cm, 2nd 2.3cm (2) Frances Mary Brownlow (17 August 1840 – 16 June 1871) was the daughter of Elizabeth Brownlow and the Very Rev John Brownlow.
