The pear-shaped plaque set with an oval rose-cut diamond, within a surround of oval turquoise cabochons, bordered by a row of 2.80-3.00mm pearls, to polychrome enamel detailing, ring size J, weight 10.1grs

The ring has been XRF tested and found to be 10ct yellow gold top, and 20ct yellow gold shank
