A FINE QUM RUG, CENTRAL PERSIA

Approx: 160cm. x 111cm. Nice example from Qum workshop with well drawn design and well balanced colours. This rug has full pile, soft and lustrous wool quality, together with part silk in various floral motifs. Selvages original. Ends with short fringes, secured. Fine weave, approx; 7 x 7 knots per sq. cm. In general, this rug is in very good condition. Elegant and very good furnishing piece.
