Of elongated oval shape, with a small hook on one side encrusted with a red cabochon-cut stone and caparisoned with pearl beads to the opposite side, possibly a pendant or ornament of a much bigger necklace, the top fully encrusted with a variety of rubies, spinels, and red and green glass beads set on foil, worked in the typically Indian kundan setting in the shape of a central rosette within an oval frame, the ring setting a later addition, 2.2cm x 2cm the top, ring size I.
