Orlowski (G., After) [Aleksandr Osipovich] Godby (J., Sculpt.) Orme (Edward, Pub.) Russian Cries: in correct portraiture from drawings done on the spot by G. Orlowski… [inserted with] The Costume of the Russian Army…, not including frontispiece to The Costume of the Russian Army, without original wrappers, hand-coloured stipple, watermarked J. Whatman 1824, soiling, foxing, some plates stained, platemark 317 x 237mm, 1807, 1809, [c.1824] *** In this form, the set corresponds with an example described by Tooley (350). Plates from both publications feature an 1824 watermark, and so the set was presumably assembled around that date.
