The metal frame formed as a butterfly with three layers of wings and spring-mounted antennae, adorned with kingfisher feathers and simulated translucent and red jewels, with some sections laid with sapphire-blue and orange textile,

the butterfly 18cm long, 25cm long overall

Kathy Hall 李惠馨 (Churchill Fellow, 2004) is an experienced arts administrator, promoter, presenter, teacher and practitioner of Jingju (京劇 Peking Opera) and Kunqu Opera (崑曲) in London. She is known for her work UK-wide with the former London Jing Kun Opera Association (2002-2014).
