Nureyev: An autobiography with pictures, signed by the author on the title page, 1962; Money (Keith, photographer) The Art of Margot Fonteyn, inscribed to the half title, 1965; Fonteyn: The Making of a Legend, inscribed to the title page: ‘To David, who has a special understanding although much too young to have seen most of these years. Margot’, 1973; ‘Fanfare’, Royal Opera House novelty paper fan, signed by Margot Fonteyn, produced to celebrate the UK’s entry into the European Community, 1973; Pavlova Impressions, inscribed to the title page, 1984; with 2 others inscribed by Fonteyn and a quantity of related volumes on ballet and opera, the majority with ownership inscriptions of David Scrase, v.s., mixed bindings and condition;n [with] A large collection of Theatre programmes, the majority from the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden, and including a ‘Theatre National de L’Opera’ programme inscribed to Scrase from Margot Fonteyn, 1960s-90s;
