Comprising fifty diapositive glass lantern slides (laterna magica), many with captions, contained within a contemporary fitted hinged wooden box, each slide c.82 x 82mm, the box 30.2cm x 10cm x 9.5cm.

The views and scenes seen in this collection include depictions of emigrants arriving in Palestine, the early Zionist army, the opening of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, the Mosque of Omar, the Bethlehem Church of the Nativity, and the interior of the Fountain of the Virgin.
