Of pyriform shape, resting on a circular brass base, rising to a tapering neck ending in an everted circular mouth, the cobalt blue glass body encased within two enamelled silver fittings, engraved with lobed medallions filled with figural decorations of mother and child pair, Qajar youths, a prince in the wilderness surrounded by animals, floral bouquets, bird motifs, rosettes, lotus flowers and vegetal sprays, a double row of diamond-shaped claws holding the bottle in place at the top and bottom, 25.5cm high.
