A VERY FINE YOMUT RUG, TURKNENISTAN, approx: 172cm. x 127cm. Vey nicely drawn overall design and good colour combination. Classic skirt at each end typical for Youmut rugs and carpets. This piece has full pile, soft and lustrous wool quality. Selvages original. Ends with original kilims. Very fine weave, approx: 9 x 9 knots per sq. cm. In general this rug is in very good usable condition. Very good furnishing piece.
