The document is divided into sections, including "Secrétariat", "Déspenses Générales", and "Cérémonies non prévues". It also includes a section titled "Mariage de l'Empereur et Roi" that documents payments made for the wedding of Napoleon I and Marie Louise of Austria at the Tuileries on 2 April 1810.
*** The volume contains detailed accounts of how funds were spent for the wedding [136, 626 francs and a further 28,272 francs as a supplementary budget] and to whom they were paid, and includes records of the cost of decorating or refurbishing the hall in which the ceremony took place, the Musee Napoleon, vestibule, stairway, etc.
