H., marbled pastedowns, boards detached, extremities rubbed, [ESTC R37445 & Wing (2nd ed.), B3676 part 1; R236234 part 2; R176530 & Wing 1996, B2554A part 3], 8vo?, printed at the Theatre in Oxford and sold by Thomas Guy, 1685.
