A mixed group of sterling silver flatware

A pair of George III Old English pattern tablespoons and four dessert spoons, London 1808 by Peter and William Bateman, tablespoons, London 1798/99 by Soloman Hougham, a dessert spoon London 1810 by James Ede & Alexander Hewat, all engraved with initials CEC in flourished cursive script. A tablespoon converted from Hanoverian to Old English, marks obscured probably by John Gorham, a dessert spoon London 1816 by Wallis and Hayne and a pair of fiddle pattern teaspoons, London 1823 by John Hawkins. Together with a cased set of ‘assay office’ coffee spoons and three Old Sheffield Plate fiddle pattern sauce ladles circa 1800. (Q)
