An early 19^th century Norwegian silver tumbler cup (tomling), Bergen 1819 by ?W

Rounded form with everted rim, prick dot engraved decoration of a lunette band and shield shape carotuches. Marked underneath with assayer’s mark for Peter Micharl Blytt (1812-21), month mark Jomfruen 21/-23/9. Together with another Norwegian tomling, dated 1818 maker's mark HD only. Incised concentric bands, engraved with an inscription. Gilt interior. (2)
