A George II sterling silver tablespoon, London 1730 by Caleb Hill
Hanoverian pattern, with moulded drop heel, the terminal engraved with a contemporaneous crest of on top of tower a plume of five ostrich feathers. Together with another London 1737 by Edward Jennings, shell back heel, the terminal engraved with initials B over T E in Roman script, another London 1754 by Robert Perth, engraved with a later crest, another London 1759 by Walter Tweedie, and another George III example London 1767 by Thomas Evans, shell back heel, the terminal engraved with initials.
