A pair of George II sterling silver salts, London 1749 by Edward Wood (first reg. 18th Aug 1722, this mark: 3rd Sep 1740)
Each of compressed circular ‘cauldron’ form with moulded rims upon three pad feet with moulded junctions. Each engraved with initials E*W in Roman script. Each fitted with later removable blue glass liners. Each fully marked. (2)
